- What you've noticed, and a photo if you can take one safely from the ground or inside
- The days and times that work for you
What happens next
- We review your requestDuring business hours, Sunday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- We contact you to confirm a timeYour visit is booked once we confirm it with you. Sending a request does not by itself create an appointment.
- We assess and show youYou see photos of what we found and your options before any repair is scheduled.
Smoke, fire or a carbon monoxide alarm? Leave the house and call 911. Don't use the fireplace, stove or furnace again until it has been checked.
