Fireplace cleaning and smoke chamber parging at a Moorestown home, combining cleaning with resurfacing and smoothing of the smoke chamber.
Cleaning and Smoke Chamber Work at One Home
At this Moorestown, New Jersey home, Chimney 911 Chimney Sweep completed fireplace cleaning and smoke chamber parging. The project brought together two distinct services: cleaning the fireplace system and coating and smoothing the interior of the smoke chamber.
- Fireplace cleaning
- Smoke chamber parging: coating and smoothing the interior surfaces
Fireplace Cleaning
Cleaning formed one part of the project. It was paired with work on the smoke chamber, rather than treating the visit as a cleaning-only service.
Coating and Smoothing the Smoke Chamber
We also parged the smoke chamber, applying a coating and smoothing its interior surfaces. This part of the work focused on the chamber above the fireplace. The supplied photograph provides a close interior view of the smoke chamber and damper area.
