Interior and Exterior Chimney Work in Morris Plains
This Morris Plains, New Jersey project included work inside the fireplace's smoke chamber and on the chimney exterior. The scope combined smoke chamber parging with pointing, crown work and flashing work.

- Chimney crown work
- Chimney flashing work
- Level 1 inspection listed in the booking
Smoke Chamber Parging
Inside the fireplace, the smoke chamber received parging: coating and smoothing the interior surface. The supplied smoke chamber image documents this area of the project and gives the gallery an interior perspective alongside the rooftop views.

Pointing the Brick Chimney
The exterior masonry work included pointing the chimney's mortar joints. A close view of the brickwork highlights the joints and the chimney face, keeping the masonry portion of the project visible in its own right.
Crown and Flashing Work
The project also included crown work at the top and flashing work at the roof junction. The rooftop images show these two locations separately, from the flue terminations above the crown to the flashing where the brick chimney meets the shingles.
